- Is Panacea built for Cyprus pharmacies and GESY?
- Yes. Panacea is built around how pharmacies in Cyprus actually work, with GESY at its core, dispensing, claims, co-payments and pricing all handled natively, alongside everyday retail, loyalty, inventory and reporting.
- How do I get started with Panacea?
- Get in touch or request a demo and our team will set up your pharmacy, help migrate your existing data and train your staff, so you are up and running with as little disruption as possible.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- We don't offer a self-serve free trial, but we will give you a full, no-commitment demo tailored to your pharmacy, so you can see exactly how Panacea works before you commit.
- How does pricing work?
- Panacea is offered as a yearly subscription. You pay an annual subscription fee, plus any add-ons you choose and the messages you send across any channel, currently €0.015 per message until further notice.
- What payment options are available?
- You can pay your annual subscription by credit card. Renewal payments are generated automatically each year.
- Are my data secure?
- Yes. Keeping your patients' data safe is built into everything we do. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and every action is logged with a full audit trail. Each pharmacy's data is fully isolated, we are GDPR compliant, and we work with a leading Cyprus law firm on data protection.
- Where is my data stored and is it backed up?
- Panacea is cloud-based and hosted on secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure inside the EU, with automatic backups and 24/7 availability, so your data stays safe and accessible from any device.
- Can you help me move from my current system?
- Yes. Our team supports onboarding and data migration from your existing system, and provides training so your staff are comfortable from day one.
- What support do you provide?
- You get real, local support from a team that knows Cyprus pharmacies, including onboarding, training and ongoing technical help. You can reach technical support on 7007-7780 or at [email protected].
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing year. To delete your account sooner, contact us at [email protected]. Please note that there are no refunds on cancellations.
