Mistakes caught, not shipped
Every order is checked the moment you hit send. If something looks off, Panacea tells you exactly what and why, so a typo never turns into a pallet.
- Unusual orders. The order total or quantity is higher than anything you have sent this supplier in the last 30 days.
- Below the minimum order. The total is under the supplier's minimum order amount, so you can top it up before it is sent.
- Outside your min/max stock. A product would end up below its minimum or above its maximum stock, counting what is already on the way.
- Short expiry. The supplier's closest expiry for a product is less than two months away.
- Supplier can't fill it. A product is out of stock or running low at the supplier, flagged right next to it.
